AARON BRANDT
My passion for health and wellness began during my Doctor of Physical Therapy program in 2022, where I witnessed firsthand the transformative power of simple habits and lifestyle changes on health. In January 2024, I created AHealthBalance after losing my father at the age of 55 due to limited health literacy and a lifetime of unhealthy habits.
I grew up on a cattle farm in a small town of 400, in a family of 13. We struggled with access to quality food, medical care, and mental health resources, which deeply affected our well-being. My parents worked multiple jobs to provide for us, but limited resources could not overcome the unhealthy habits we had learned.
My drive to understand health grew stronger after I lost two more family members to suicide just months after my father’s passing. These losses fueled my mission to address the root causes of mental and physical health struggles.
This is why I am passionate about the full picture of health—not just fitness, but the deep connection between the mind, body, and lifestyle in preventing disease and improving quality of life.

6 Action Steps to A Health Balance


STEP 1
Initial Evaluation
Begin by completing the Initial Evaluation form. This form helps us gain a clear understanding of your lifestyle, daily habits, current health and wellness practices, as well as your personal goals and desired outcomes.

STEP 2
Areas of Focus
After your coach reviews the evaluation and identifies key areas of focus, they will create a personalized program tailored to your specific needs. This program will utilize a habit-based approach to support sustainable progress and long-term success.

STEP 3
Weekly Sessions
Weekly sessions will begin once your personalized program has been finalized—typically within 2 to 3 business days after receiving your Initial Evaluation. A 30 to 45-minute remote session will be scheduled with your coach at the start of your chosen day to kick off Week 1 of the program.

STEP 4
Daily Check-ins
Your coach will provide daily check-ins to offer ongoing motivation, encouragement, and support. They will also address any questions that may arise as you begin applying the program materials.
Step 5
End of Week Reflections
A 30-minute remote session will take place with your coach on Day 5 or 6 of each week. During this session, you will review which aspects of the program were successfully implemented, discuss any challenges you encountered, and address any questions or feedback. This information will help guide and refine the plan for the following week.
Step 6
Cycle Repeat
The Day 1 of the following week will start with an updated plan tailored for that week. The structure of daily check-ins and end-of-week reflection sessions will continue each week, providing ongoing support and adjustments until you achieve your goals or feel ready to graduate from the program.
