AARON BRANDT
My passion for health and wellness was sparked when I began my Doctor of Physical Therapy program in 2022. I was instantly drawn to the impact that simple habits and lifestyle changes could have for improving one’s health.
The development of AHealthBalance began in January 2024 after the passing of my father at the young age of 55. He passed away due to a lack of awareness and understanding of health literacy and growing up in an environment that promoted unhealthy and unsustainable lifestyle habits that lead to his poor health.
My family and I grew up on a cattle farm in a very small town of 400 people. We were a family of 13 and struggled to obtain quality food, adequate medical care, access to mental health resources, and we lacked a basic understanding of the importance and purpose of how to care for our bodies and minds. All of which heavily impacted our families’ mental and physical wellbeing.

Doctor of Physical Therapy and movement expert approach to implementing appropriate exercise and activity as it relates to mobility, pain management & prevention, cognitive and mental performance, recovery, and restoring function for improved quality of life.

Using tools and resources gathered from sleep specialist and recovery experts to provide research backed approach to implement and improve sleep habits, sleep disorders (such as insomnia), and impact of diet & exercise on sleep and recovery.

6 Actions Steps to a Better Health


STEP 1
Initial Evaluation
You will first complete an “Initial Evaluation” form which will provide a basic background understanding of your lifestyle, habits, current approach to health and wellness and your desired goals & outcome.

STEP 2
Areas of Focus
once highlighted areas of focus have been determined, a personalized program will be tailored to begin addressing each necessary step from a habit developmental approach.

STEP 3
Weekly Sessions
“Weekly Sessions” will begin once program is finalized (within 2-3 business days of receiving the “Initial Evaluation”) and a weekly REMOTE session of 30-45 minutes will be conducted at the beginning of the selected day for “Week 1” of the program.

STEP 4
Daily Check-ins
will be performed to provide increased motivation & encouragement, as well as to answer any questions the client may have about the program after they have begun putting the material into practice.
Step 5
End of Week Reflections
REMOTE session of 30 minutes will be performed on Day 5/6 of each Week. This session will review what areas of implementation went well, what areas were difficult, as well as cover questions and topics of focus based on client’s feedback.
Step 6
Cycle Repeat
The proceeding “Day 1” of the following Weeks session will begin the new plan for that week and the above outline will continue for “Daily Check-Ins” and “End of Week Reflection” sessions until the client has reached their goals or decided they are ready to graduate the program.

One-Time Session
Choose a focus area: diet/nutrition, exercise/mobility, sleep/recovery, pain management, breathwork/meditation, mental health, or habit development.
60-minute one-on-one session includes:
Brief evaluation to tailor the session to your goals.
Education on tools and materials related to your chosen focus.
Final 10–15 minutes dedicated to Q&A, including help with implementation.
The “One-Time Session” option offers you full control to choose and apply the tools and resources that best align with your personal goals. It provides all the essential information you need to start experiencing the benefits of the program, without the ongoing time commitment of weekly one-on-one sessions. Plus, you’ll have continued access to materials and tools for future reference whenever needed.
